I hereby agree to pay the full amount at the time of booking my appointment. Any products not listed in the session description will be in addition to the session cost. I understand that fifty percent (50%) of the session fee is considered a reservation fee and is non-refundable under any circumstances.  All parties agree to the fees as stated above and hereby accept the amounts charged.

Photographer will photograph Client during the Session, as stated in the written portrait agreement (to be sent via email or text).Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s

desired results. However, Photographer will maintain ultimate discretion and control over the Session. Photographer will use the equipment that Photographer finds appropriate. Client’s desired results are limited by the terms of this Agreement.

If at any time Client does not feel comfortable or wishes to cease the photography, Client may inform Photographer and end the session, at which time Photographer will stop photographing.

As stated in this Agreement, Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, boudoir photography is inherently difficult to photograph; subjects may not feel comfortable, or subjective opinions may not be satisfied, among other things. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results, including Client’s desired results. If Client experiences a physical, mental or professional issue before, during or after the session that leads Client to believe the desired results will not be achieved, Client is still responsible for costs incurred under this Agreement. Photographer is not responsible for client “not liking” photos of themselves due to personal issues (i.e., self esteem).
